Return and Complaints Policy

1. Returns

You have the right to return a product purchased from our website or in-store within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the following conditions are met:

* The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as when received.
* You notify us of your wish to return the product by email including your order number.

Return shipping costs are covered by you as the customer unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund the amount paid once the returned product has been received and approved by us. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

2. Complaints (Warranty Claims)

If your product has a defect or fault (such as a manufacturing or material defect) not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper handling, you are entitled to make a complaint under Danish consumer protection law, which provides a minimum 2-year warranty period.

To file a complaint, please contact us and include:

1. Your order number and purchase date.
2. A detailed description of the defect.
3. Photos or videos showing the issue.

Once your complaint has been reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following solutions: repair of the product, replacement with an equivalent item, or a refund — depending on what is reasonable in the specific case.

3. Important Conditions

* Products must be returned in secure packaging and to the address provided by us upon your return or complaint request.
* The return must be shipped within the applicable return or complaint period. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it has been received by us.
* Damage or defects resulting from improper use, mishandling, or modification of the product may void the right to complaint or return.

4. Legal Rights

This Return and Complaints Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Under Danish and EU law, you have a minimum 2-year warranty on products with manufacturing defects.
For online purchases, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the product is exempt under applicable legislation.
